This is the official task force formed under the directives of the Department of Local Self-Government to transform Marangattupilly Grama Panchayat into a completely waste-free and green eco-zone. The primary mission of this force is to collect non-biodegradable waste at its source and route it through scientific processing channels to ensure absolute environmental preservation.

Clean and store non-biodegradable scrap materials meticulously and hand them over to Haritha Karma Sena during designated months by paying the prescribed user fee.
Process and manage organic waste at its source utilizing home composting setups.
Dumping waste materials in public sites or burning items illegally is an offense liable to legal prosecution.
Whistleblowers reporting waste violations will receive a reward equivalent to 25% of the collected fine amount.
