President

The President is the chief leader of the Panchayat. Provides leadership for the development activities and administrative procedures of the Panchayat.

Vice President

Assists in administrative activities. In the absence of the President, the administrative responsibilities are executed by the Vice President.

Standing Committees

Standing Committees are committees that control the activities related to development, finance, health, and education in the Panchayat.

The committee that manages and controls the income and expenditures of the Panchayat.

Administrative Wing (Office Staff)

🔵 Panchayat Secretary

The chief administrative officer of the Panchayat. Coordinates office operations, file management, and general administrative execution.

🟢 Assistant Secretary

Assists in the administrative and office operations of the Panchayat. Works under the coordination of the Secretary and higher authorities, while managing development project executions.

🟣 Head Clerk

Supervises day-to-day office routines. Coordinates file processing, workflows, and monitors the tasks assigned to the office staff.

🧮 Accountant

The officer managing financial ledger accounts and transactions. Compiles income-expenditure details, punching data, audits, taxes, and financial records.

📁 Clerk

Maintains records, applications, PRP queues, and office registers. Handles immediate citizen requests and processes public service files as directed.

📄 Senior Clerk

Verifies office documentation and official administrative processes. Reviews critical files, gathers case data, and coordinates complex processing routines.

💼 Office Attendant

Supports logistical routine operations. Handles document dispatch, filing organization, and general errands to facilitate smooth office functionality.
